Why the clock and the working hours disagree

A request that arrives at 3 pm on Christmas Eve in London and is answered at 3 pm the next Tuesday waited 120 hours on the clock, and 8 working hours for a nine-to-five team: two that afternoon and six on the Tuesday. Christmas Day and the Boxing Day holiday on Monday the 28th, the weekend and the nights make up the rest. Measuring in working hours is what makes a response time fair to the team.
